French bayonets come from many different wars and rifles. The French have been involved in many wars including the French and Indian War, the Spanish-American War, World War I, and World War II. The French have also added many valuable bayonets to the collectors world. These include the M1842 bayonet, the M1892 Mannlicher Berthier Bayonet, and the 1874 Gras Bayonet.
